JAGS

Software description

JAGS is “Just Another Gibbs Sampler”, it is a program for analysis of Bayesian hierarchical models using Markov Chain Monte Carlo (MCMC) simulation. This version is built using the buildenv-gcc/11.3.0-bare to match the R 4.2.2 installation. The OpenBLAS linked library supports OpenMP for speedup of linear algebra on large matrices.
