Abstract

The purpose of this project is to develop a workflow to process raw data from various high resolution mass spectrometers available at IFM and Tema M. These processes can be computer process intensive and can take very long time using a personal computer. This project will serve as a developing ground for testing various software and workflows to process HRMS data before applying for larger projects within exposomics research field. We need to run the data analysis interactively using RStudio and associated packages
