Work description
• Administration and development of computational and storage systems in a distributed linux environment, including grid environment
• Project leader within the area
• User support is an important part of the work
The successful candidate has education within computer science, computer engineering, scientific computing, or related areas.
Required qualification/experience
• System administration in linux, preferably in cluster environment
• Disk storage systems: nearline storage, hardware and software RAID
• Tape storage systems: tape robots, Tivoli Storage Manager
• Computer languages: C, C++, script languages in Unix/Linux environment
The candidate must have very good knowledge of the English language and preferably a working knowledge of Swedish. Good written and verbal communication skills for internal and external interactions and presentations.
