Visualization
Some visualization programs can be used directly on the log-in nodes
of the HPC resources.
The old visualization server Inspector has been retired in favour of running these applications directly on the login nodes of the HPC resources (e.g Neolith).
Our selection of GUIs currently includes:
- GaussView (also available on Kappa, Neolith and Matter as /software/testing/gview/3.09/bin/gview)
- Molden (also available on Kappa, Neolith and Matter)
- P4Vasp (also available on Kappa, Neolith and Matter)
- VMD (also available on Kappa, Neolith and Matter)
