LIBSCI
LIBSCI is the Cray Research scientific (mathematical) library,
available on the T3E, loaded by default. Documentation
is available via "man libsci" on the T3E.
LIBSCI contains
- BLAS 1-3, man blas1, man blas2, man blas3
- LAPACK, man lapack
- ScaLAPACK, man scalapack
- Signal processing routines, man intro_fft
- Fast Fourier Transform(FFT) routines, man fft
- Filter routines
- Convolution routines
