PGAPack

PGAPack (Parallel Genetic Algoritm Library) is a general-purpose, data-structure-neutral, parallel genetic algorithm library. It is intended to provide most capabilities desired in a genetic algorithm library, in an integrated, seamless, and portable manner.

A serial version is currently installed on Monolith (/usr/local/pgapack). If there is an interest for a parallel version, please contact NSC Support.
